Our Breeze Homes are "Pet Friendly" Vacation Resort Homes
Why leave that family member behind?
You may even enjoy a trip to "Dog Beach" with your four-legged family member. Dog Beach is just a couple of miles south of Lover’s Key. Sea Breeze is set up with a secure back yard and tile throughout the home. There is a $150 non-refundable pet deposit. Animals are not allowed in the pool or spa. You are expected to clean up after your pet. Any damage or cleaning costs beyond the non-refundable pet deposit will be deducted from the security deposit.
Due to insurance and liability requirements, pets are accepted upon approval only and no aggressive breeds are permitted. Aggressive breeds based on insurance company definition are defined in our rental agreement as: Pit Bull Terriers, Doberman's, Akido's and Rottweilers, or any mix of those breeds. If you have one of those breeds, we know it is a wonderful and loving pet. Unfortunately, insurance companies do not always share the same view.
Pets are accepted in all our properties with the exception of Gulf to Bay Breeze.
